ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE

Not too sweet, very refreshing, and packed with all of the green goodness spinach offers. You’ll love this smoothie either for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients:

½ cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup frozen mixed berries

½ cup unsweetened pomegranate juice

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup spinach

½ tablespoon hulled hemp seeds

Directions:

Place pumpkin seeds in the blender and blend on high until they become like a powder. Place all the remaining ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
